Description
Philadelphia Theatre Company seeks a versatile and organized problem-solver to join its Production and Rentals team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate has experience in theatrical production, is comfortable working independently, and is familiar with working with union crews, preferably IATSE Local 8.

$27.00/hour (non-exempt)
Work Schedule
Guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week, with up to 40 hours per week during peak production periods. The schedule will include some evenings and weekends and will be determined in advance with the Interim Production and Rentals Manager. Increased hours should be expected from September 21–October 11, 2026, and October 26–November 8, 2026.
Dates of employment
This temporary position provides coverage during a staff leave and is expected to run from July 13, 2026 through November 14, 2026.
