JOB DESCRIPTION:
Winterthur’s Sales Associates provide exception customer service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business. They contributes to the financial success of the store by proactively selling, with an excellent understanding of the scope and details of our merchandise.
Compensation: $15.60 per hour
Benefits: 403b with employer match for eligible employees; discounts in the museum store and cafe; free general admission for you and your immediate family
Work Schedule: Variable, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in retail or customer service positions
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years in the retail field or customer service positions in a museum setting
