PURPOSE
The Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for providing financial and operational leadership to ensure Wolf PAC’s infrastructure effectively supports its mission, strategic priorities, and day-to-day operations.
Wolf Performing Arts Center (Wolf PAC) is a non-profit organization with the following mission: to provide a safe, inclusive space for young people to express their authentic selves through learning and experiencing theatre.

The Director of Finance and Operations will work in partnership with the office staff and most closely with the Executive Director.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
Experience: Significant experience in financial management and operations; verifiable experience participating in internal or external audits; knowledge of EITC program (preferred); experience using accounting software, payroll systems, spreadsheets, expense management systems, and billing systems
Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex budgets and financial forecasts
Work environment: The role allows for split time between working from home and working in our Bryn Mawr, PA, office. The Director of Finance and Operations direct reports to the Executive Director
Salary: $65,000-$72,000, based on experience
