Prism Water Pipes - Warehouse Packager / Decaler 

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA — 19134 (Allegheny & Frankford Ave area)

Position: Full-Time

Compensation: $15/hour

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, based on business needs

Hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks + 30-minute unpaid lunch 

About Prism Water Pipes

Prism Water Pipes is a fast-growing modular glass company creating a unique line of customizable smoking water pipes and accessories sold throughout the United States and internationally.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Packager / Decaler to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused primarily on preparing online orders, safely packaging glass products, applying decals to glass, and keeping our warehouse and work areas organized.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, likes staying busy, and takes pride in doing things correctly.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare online customer orders for shipment
• Safely and securely package fragile glass products
• Apply decals to glass products accurately and consistently
• Inspect products and orders for accuracy before shipping
• Fulfill orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Prepare shipping labels and packing materials
• Keep packing and work areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Help maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving inventory
• Help load and unload boxes, glass, and other materials as needed
• Follow established packing, fulfillment, and quality-control procedures
• Communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the Team Lead or Operations Manager
• Assist with miscellaneous warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
• Help the team maintain an efficient workflow and meet daily shipping needs

Skill Requirements

• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy boxes and materials from time to time
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day
• Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or packaging experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail

Must be 18+ to work at our facility
