Internships at the Arden

The Dr. Mindy Goldberg Rose Internship Fund was founded in 2022 to honor the life of longtime Arden friend Dr. Mindy Goldberg Rose, and her commitment to education, the arts, and making lives better.

Eligibility and Compensation

Paid internship applications are being accepted now for Arden’s 2026/27 season. Selected participants must be available to participate for a twelve-week period, working up to 20 hours-per-week at a rate of $12/hour. Internships are open to early professionals interested in beginning careers in performing arts management, administration, and/or arts education. Internships may be for credit with a student’s college or university, or for academic purposes with a student’s academic coursework, but credit is not required. Internships typically are available in the following areas:

• General Management
• Production
• Marketing and Public Relations
• Development (Special Events & Fundraising)
• Education

Application Process

• Production (Props, Costume)
• Archivist (Marketing)
• Photography (All Departments)
