Fleisher Art Memorial is seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager of Children and Youth Education to lead the planning, implementation, and growth of Fleisher's onsite youth arts education programs. This role calls for a creative leader who is enthusiastic about arts education and dedicated to building an inclusive, fun, and supportive environment for students ages 5 to 19. Reporting to the Director of Education and working in close collaboration with the Education team, the Manager oversees Fleisher's youth education programs, including the Young Artist Program, Teen Lounge, Summer Camp, youth workshops, and other organizational initiatives that advance Fleisher's mission of access. The Manager develops and is accountable for an annual program budget, recruits, hires, evaluates, and manages faculty, supports them as they design curricula and teach art courses, and develops outreach strategies to grow participation and ensure a positive, rewarding experience for students and families at Fleisher. Additional duties include program research, attendance at board and staff meetings, and other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full-time, onsite. Regular hours may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends to support youth programming, special events, and seasonal activities.
